Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with US officials, including Vice President JD Vance, for the first time since Donald Trump spoke with Vladimir Putin about ending Russia’s war on Ukraine. Many in Europe are worried that Ukraine could be left out of negotiations.
